Art is an interest that I will never give up no matter how many obstacles I encounter. I started my art journey by learning Chinese traditional painting at 6, and I was the youngest child awarded the 7th level National Certificate of Arts in my city (at 7). Unfortunately, I dropped art classes in 5th grade because of opposition from family. Since then, I have continued to teach myself, and my photographic memory of remembering everything I drew made observational drawing be my best teacher. I especially like figure drawing because I want to create my own manga, telling adventures in my dream. I started to study animation and digital painting in high school, and these medias endowed life to my characters. Seeing them come alive and look extremely really amazed me. In my busy life, art is the serene place relaxing me and sheltering me from the fast-paced reality. There is only peace, joy and fantasy in the world I created by arts.
